Autumn Leaves
Oil on canvas, 3 feet by 5 feet
Patricia paints in both impressionist and abstract styles to, as she describes, “communicate part of the wonder, awe and pleasure I feel as I observe and respond to the natural world.”

Her paintings have exhibited in New York, Los Angeles and throughout California, and even as far away as Taiwan and the beautiful Papua New Guinea. Her work has been sought by organizations that celebrate natural heritage. Gallery exhibitions include:

Museum of Science and Industry in Los Angeles
National Audubon Society - Los Angeles
Salmagundi Club - New York
Classic-American Western Art Show - Beverly Hills
Western Sagas Show at the Brea Cultural Center
Death Valley Art Show
National Museum of Art in Taiwan
Goroka Art Gallery in Papua New Guinea

Her study of nature and art reaches back to her childhood. Patricia comes from a family of critically and commercially successful artists. Her great-uncle tutored her through wildlife illustration.

Patricia’s desire as an artist is to, “communicate to others the beauty I have experienced” during her travels.
